thats awesome. currently 21 about to take my PPL checkride, wish i wouldve started this young when my dad offered to teach me. better late than never i suppose but this kid is going places!

Sorry for saying this I promise I’m not a hater I’m a pilot myself and that is NOT how you talk on the radio… I assume 8HD is your tail number and you’re on downwind leg approach to Longmont…. I’m not sure, I assume 11 is the runway number but 1. What are you trying to do? Are you gonna do a touch and go? Full stop? Flyover? And 2. Why did you say 11 twice? And who exactly are you calling? Longmont tower? Approach? Longmont Traffic if it’s uncontrolled? Heck if it’s not for the context clue you could even be talking to Ground😅
