Would using on-wall speakers repurposed as atmos at height be an acceptable cost option for those looking to buy used or do you sacrifice not using dedicated atmos angled speakers??? I have the marantz sr 6013 i go into sound parameter & dynamic comperssion is greyed out its set to auto & says it can only be set when " loudness management " is set to on ! But there is no loudness management any where in the settings !? 😡

I have the Pioneer LX805, I think I turned off dynamic compression but I need to make sure it is off for Atmos content? If it is off does it automatically turn on with Atmos until I do it manually?

I have a question about my family room for Atmos height speakers. The room is 16w x 20L. Our main full size couch is going sideways across the 16’ area. We watch the 77” tv on the far wall running the 20’ direction. My wife is on the right side of the couch and I’m on the left. We have two beams going across the cathedral ceiling going over each of our heads going from behind us to the wall the tv is in. I’m a finish carpenter and I was thinking of boxing the beams in and cutting in ceiling speakers to them. I was thinking of adding 3 RSL ceiling speakers to each beam for a total of 6. I was going to do two just in front of the tv two just in front of us and two in the middle. We sit 12’ from the tv. Any thoughts on this? I know cathedral ceiling are not the best for acoustics, but I’m tempted to give this a try

Hello I Liked and subscribed to your channel and this video and I went to your website to look at your Atmos disc. I've decided to go the bookshelf speaker route myself as my Amp is to powerful and will rattle the wallboard if I do ceiling speakers when I stumbled upon your channel. While I can find 100's of book shelf speaker stands, I can't find the ones you have where they are an adjustable height that tall and can be pointed forward at adjustable angles such as at 1:21 and all thru your video. I mean they look like they are 7 or more feet in the air Pointing at your listening position. While I am sure they are expensive I don't suppose you would be so kind as to give me the link of where to buy? Meanwhile I will look if there is a link in one of your other video's Thank you
