Salt draws out moisture, no? So salt after roasting and it browns faster.

You folks at ATK always rely very heavily on meat, butter and sugar, and it already shows on the girth of some of your chefs.  

The recommended daily allowance for sugar is 5 gm for women snd 7 gm for men. A teaspoon equals 4 or 5 gm, and that’s just for added sucrose, it doesn’t include other sugars and refined carbs ATK loves to cook with, or the sugars and refined carbs hidden in convenience foods, fast foods, sodas, junk foods and industrial food-like snacks Americans eat. There are other, safer sugars you can enhance browning with, which aren’t refined sugar.
