I'm confused as to how we differentiate pANCA or cANCA if the antigens localize to the cell surface. If we stained the external antigens there should be no difference in localization. If we stained antigens inside the cell I don't get how the antibodies reach them. If we lyse the cells, then I don't understand how we localize p or cANCA.

Any help is appreciated!
