I can't thank you enough Alessia. I can walk without much pain for the first time in a year and a half (I had achilles tendonitis and your calf and ankle strengthening exercises are helping me recover). I am gracefull. I feel balanced. I've lost 52 pounds and I'm enjoying exercise. I look at my body and love what I am seeing happen to it. I don't feel overwhelmed finding exercise videos that are too much for me or too little. Every time I perform a ballet movement correctly I feel more beautiful than I ever have in my life. I enjoy my instructor immensely (yourself). I find myself smiling through even your most gruesome workouts thanks to your cheery half full outlook and humor. Almost all of this is due to you for putting the videos out, and myself for working hard.

thanks this is great, i'm recovering from a grade 3 sprain and this is helping get my ankle strong again. Also really engaging and great personality

I'm brazilian (sorry about my english) and I just wanted to say that I'm so grateful I found your channel 2 years ago, you are helping me A LOT since then, and now i'm doing it everyday during quarantine. This is awesome! I'm not a dancer in any sense, but I play tennis and need strong ankles for it, but most workouts don't focus on them. Thanks for the great video.
