Daadi, i have abused my body by smoking and not sleeping more than 4 hours a day. I am a Software engineer i tend to work a lot at night, to stay active i have smoked all these 15 want to change, can i reverse the effect of the past?

I've been sleep deprived for most of my life and despite surviving bladder tumor five years ago I still find it difficult getting an early sleep 😢
