spectrum flow not working.. appalling! terrible service by cake decorating company 😒

I purchased the spectrun flow portable airbrush kit a couple of weeks back from cake decorating company!!!
such a disappointment! both the airbrush and cake decorating company service!
The airbrush worked for 10 minutes before clogging up!!! cleaned it all out... no tips enclosed in the packaging! I had to go on YouTube to troubleshoot! I managed to get it working for 5 mins! but this time it was splattering the paint and after few seconds the paint was bubbling vigorously in the dispenser!!!
I then spoke to spectrum flow, they gave me some tips (which i had tried already )but i still gave it another go, no joy! it still didn't work!! i then informed them, spectrum flow advised me to get into contact with cake deorating company who have been appalling at trying to resolve this matter! all the communication has gone through instagram! with no real contact number where you can speak to someone!!!
I am now on YouTube making this video so this matter can be resolved! ( at the request of cake decorating company)
Apalling! for such a big company, is this how you treat and manage your unhappy customers?!

Cake Decorating company please return my full money and inform me where I send this airbrush back!

Thats terrible from such a well known and big brand. It should have been sorted straight away with at least a refund offered. I won't be purchasing from both cake craft and spectrum flow.
