The other people in the gym have no clue what this man just did.. The guy is obviously a cardio machine.

And that's how you embarrass the entire cardio section at once.

Impressive man!

Never seen anyone run 15 mph at the gym before, let alone for 4 minutes.  This guy is ready for the Zombie Apocalypse.

Amazing!  Isn't ironic how we can do something epic and the people around us don't even notice or aren't impressed?

Well done. I have never seen a treadmill that was able to go that fast. But then again, almost no one can run that speed anyway.

This only gives true perspective of how fast Roger Bannister was going when he did 3:59.4....it's absolutely mind boggling. 4 laps of this

Nobody in that gym seemed to appreciate just how difficult that was. Haters!

Just read an article that stated, 'the only difference is air resistance' when it comes to physical exertion during outside running and a treadmill. However, adding a 1% incline to a treadmill circumvents this.

The complete obliviousness of rest of the people in the room is actually really irritating me

Lol everyone else in the gym is surprisingly chill about a dude running sub-4 in front of them. You'd think someone running that fast for so long with someone filming him would attract a little bit of attention.

Impressive pace for the 1 mile run!My best time for the 1 mile run was 4 minutes and 52 seconds which I did in my mid 20's.I ran it outside on a road.

awesome! Ive been running on a treadmill for about 5 months. started at a rate 5.3 and now I'm running a start at 9.0 and bump it up at 9.5 at 2.50 with results ending around 13.16 at 2 miles and I feel much accomplished!!!!
You have to be super strong to gain this much momentum and make your goals complete.
GOOD JOB! I hope to make maybe half that time soon!

He spoke to our club this week...he told the story of how he passed out in middle school during a field day race (on the first lap) and came in last.  When he joined the cross country team in high school, he was the second slowest runner and almost quit the team after the first practice because it was so hard.  Very inspirational guy!

Wow is all I can say, takes alot of hardwork to do that. I'm gonna try my hardest to get down to the sub 6 minutes. Ive never been a long dustance runner but im motivated after seeing that.

Although it feels harder to run on a treadmill, it's actually easier than running on ground.

Wow. Great run. I'm trying to get under 7:00. I'm at 7:05. 41 years old. 😛

My best time on the road, on a very accurate measured course, was 4min 41sec, and that felt hellish fast.
How the top Kenyan runners can average that speed for the entire marathon distance, is amazing.

I was 36 when i set that time, and no doubt would have gone faster if on a treadmill had set the speed for me.

Daniel Komen was the first athlete to run sub 8minutes for 2miles on the track.

Now that is pretty special.

The man looks like a competitive distance runner. Does not surprise me he can do this. Well done!
