I'm using Microsoft Lumia 640xl from last 2 years, after 8 of my purchase I got Windows 10 update also. I have updated and its working good. Few months back suddenly my mobile has reset itself (I did not press any reset button, I do not what the problem up to now) from then on-wards all my apps are getting crash while I'm using that app. Today I have seen your Kernel video.
