what is kernel space and user space ?
In computer operating system , virtual memory is divided into two parts , user space and kernel space.
Kernel space has extra security. So, only kernel runs in this space with supervisor mode. As user space doesn't have any security , so kernel runs in user space as well.
User applications runs with limited privilege , and each application has its own virtual memory space. So, it runs only in user space.
User application gets the service from kernel using, system calls.
