I had dealt with chronic hip pain at night in the past 20 years with no ideas of the true reason. I am so glad I discovered this video. The wall sits are amazing! I'm frustrated by weakness in my thighs but was scared away from classic squats because it always felt like I was going to fall. This is way better!

I've been doing these stretches and exercises for a few nights now and I can't believe rhe difference it has made. I go to bed and am miserable with hip pain. Doing this the past few nights, has made me so much more comfortable and I've actually gotten great sleep without pain! Ill be doing this every night from now on. Thank you so much!😁

As a kid my Dr told me to do the wall squats to help my Osgood Schlatter. Whenever my knees bother me this works. It’s nice to know it’s good for hips too!
