Dude, your channel is the only one that I trust because these workouts look very practical and simple. I'm way too used to the gym and just got myself a set of bands, so you're are simple AND self explanatory at the same time which I greatly love. So if I get great results... well, I'll know who to thank!

These are great! I’m on the road so resistance bands are the best way to make sure I can work out even if my hotel has no gym. That music kinda gave me the creeps though. Like an early 80’s video game.

Ive switched from free weights to heavy duty resistance bands. Bought 3 sets of them. And a pushup Board. Now i workout at home. I was told you cant build muscle with them like you can witg free weights. Proving everyone wrong. Im 7 days in, and my process is going to be great.

These are a great work out but I only have one problem as a newby to resistance bands and that is that you switch from attached high, to middle then high, then low. It would make it a bit easier for me if all the high low and medium sets followed each other, otherwise it`s fantastic, thanks
