65 years old. Retired USMC (22 years) then Retired from Blackwater (20 years). I was crippled for over 2 -1/2 years with a crushed spine and my weight went up to 288 lbs.
One day last year, I tossed the walker out of the front door (don't know what happened to it???) along with the Oxycodone, Morphine, etc, after the V.A told me that I would never be able to lift more than a gallon of milk. At 6'2" tall and with no gray hair, I am now down to 220 lbs with a 60" chest and a 34" waist and you don't see a wrinkle where the fat used to be.
Kettle Bell workout with 10, 000 reps per month, eating right, and listening to 'YOU ONLY'... has helped me tremendously Troy.

These exercises have increased the width of my arms. As well, I tried your ballon method for shoulders. My shoulders are massively larger than they ever were. Please keep up the videos because I’m growing through you.🙌🏽👏👐🏽

I am age 81 last year fell backwad top of Squat! The Loaded barbell smashed my breast bone downward so that upper spine took the full force on my bedroom gym Concrete Floor.

I lost 45 pounds of body weight but I built full floor and ceiling Cable system so together with Dumbbells I am back on track.

You REALLY wanna work that brachialis, do hammer curls two arms at a time, keep your elbows in tight but also keep the elbow pinned behind you. Your range of motion will basically keep your arms parallel to the floor, hold & squeeze for 2 seconds. Try keeping the reps high (12-15). TOTALLY hits the brachialis. Burns like a S.O.B!!! 3 sets should have you pumped.
