Mr Quilter.
Ever since I discovered you 4 years ago you have consistently remained one of my favourite chefs.
For obvious reasons.

John so glad to see your new vid! I have a bone to pick though? Having followed your channel for a while, my creative cooking has improved to the degree that I have to cook at all gatherings of friends and family!
Now I have no down time and my friends try so hard to compete.

Chef, I am terribly sorry. I have been watching your videos for 7 years and have been loving your content throughout; yet, I have never commented before and do not like your videos enough. That being said, your videos are fucking awesome and amazing and thank you for doing this so consistently and well through all you have been through. Chef, you are thoroughly appreciated and thank you so much for all you do.

Yup, the butter melting in the pan, and that cheese did if for me Chef, not to mention that your subtle humor is always spot on 😊

The foodie police might be after you, and Mexico might not let you in after this, but this is what I'm here for. Unique, imaginative, delicious looking food, who cares if it plays by the rules! Nduja and Kimchi are both great, but I've never had a chance to cook with either of them before, so looks like you've just given me an excuse to get hold of some. Nice one JQ, glad you're back with us on the regular!

Quote of the day: "life needs to have a cheese pull in it" - brilliant Chef so good to have you back. I don't need an algorithm to tell me how good all these flavours work together. Cooking this! Stay with us John!

Your analogy for that quesadilla is spot on. You certainly did a fab job on making it. Super yummy. Cheers, Chef John. #IncreaseThePeace ✌️

Looks amazing, chef. Crispy on the outside, and an awesome goop of delicious in the middle. I'm gonna borrow some of this technique, especially the butter toasting and the amount of sausage you used to season the cheese.
