This is a great resource! The only thing I am wondering about is a slight lack of passion in the responses. Particularly around the question that dealt with a specific time a candidate showed commitment to Trust values. Is it still possible to secure the job if you talk about showing commitment in the field instead of internally at a staff meeting? What I am really asking is... is it possible to be genuinely passionate in an NHS interview if you have requisite experience and qualifications?
