Hi great info, I've recently gone for a band 6 interview, I'm a band 6 at a different trust for 6 years... however the feedback was I didn't mention staff lunch breaks, or the term smart goals ...this feedback seemed petty perhaps internal post... anyway I hope to go for band 7
