Please I wanted to ask a question how long does it take for a band 5 nurse to get to band 6

Please ms MJ i am a RN and i have one year of experience in surgical ward but i had an accident before 2 years and it affected on my left eye. i cant see by it. however, it dosent affect my work performance at all so i want to ask if that will affect me joining NHS or not
