I got a question for you on my 12 horsepower motor where the spark plugs are if you look straight up you'll see a silver round cap on top if you follow it straight down its shooting out water and filling up the housing why is that happening

Please stop. Running an outboard without water, sticking your hand into the propeller when the engine is running. Revving the engine without a load. OMG please find a different hobby !
