I just bought this and it started on the third pull. Its been broken in for 2 hours, so got another 6 hours to go so hopefully can finish the break in period within the next couple of day's. Runs very well.

Where do you find ref that it is a knock off Tohatsu/Nissan? I want to confirm if spare parts are interchangeable and if their external fuel tank works. Does the exhaust have a mini muffler and where does it come out? Also, what spark plug does it use? Thanks!

I just got one delivered. I have yet to start messing with it. I started looking online for an owner's manual because I am at work and 90% of the time there is nothing to do BUT shop and watch YOUTUBE. So, I want to ask you some things about this motor.
Did you start out 50:1 on the fuel? Because the manual said something about 25:1 also. Not sure how that works yet.
Did you have to do some test (break it in) runs? I saw one video where one guy had to break it in for like about 22 hours in different speeds.
Do you mix the fuel or is there a gas tank and a separate oil tank? I have a fuel tank for a boat I found at my father in laws OLD shop. Just need a sending unit.
Also, what size fuel line do i need with my tank?

The water outlet area, beyond the neck of the machine, is very hot. Can only be turned on for 5 minutes. What's the cause? Hang 6, 2t power. Thank you.

Question, did yours vibrate really aggressive during the break in period? Mine really vibrates at 1/4 throttle like really bad. Some say new outboards will do that but it just feels a bit aggressive. Since you have a lot of hours on yours, does it calm down at all? Thanks

Did you buy this through one of the Chinese websites (Ali Express or Temu)? If so, did you have any problems with titling it?
