Hangkai 12 HP 2 stroke Outboard initial start

First start of my new Hangkai 12 Hp 2 stroke Outboard Motor, very easy start. Runs and cools very well. 1200$ on Ebay, shipped to my house in 3 days.

I used the 6hp air cooled all last year. Ran great, but super slow. I’m thinking about getting one of these bad boys.

I got the 18 horsepower it's basically the Yamaha 15f all the parts are replaceable with Yamaha parts it's been really good for the whole 1200 bucks I bought the for off of Amazon in the amount of time I get to use it per year I'm up North I'm in the Ozarks so to be honest with work and everything I only take the boat out even though I live on a lake probably once a week at most or once every two weeks on average for about 4 months a year it does fine an average boating trip is only about 11 miles

My shifter broke on mine and it's about impossible to get a new one.

Looks like a mercury rip off but I know they go good
