I have all the 5 habits since March 2021, when I said goodbye to all my toxic friends, quit all addictions, changed myself, embraced my mistakes and most of all started loving myself. Now, I'm a totally different person who's always the center of attention. I just love to be the new me.

Embrace the change and self love is the hardest to accomplish for many..
Yeh do he ho jaye toh rest will follow automatically..
We people are so scared of change that we try to be n keep things as they are and hold on to it tightly and not strive for what could be bcoz of fear tat we might lose what we already have, if we do any different..
Self love is the ultimate love, one who cannot love self, cannot love anything around him..
Still we look for love outside of ourselves in people, family, partner, friends.. Fact its just companionship n not love, love is always within not outside.
All we need to love is urself..
They will follow.
