EASIEST way to remember the 10 COMMANDMENTS | Memorize the 10 Commandments Simple

Have you ever wanted an easy way to remember the 10 Commandments of Christianity? In this video I’m going to share with you a simple, fun ,and effective way to remember all 10 commandments in the correct order.

To keep the order correct we will be using something called a Peg memory system which is ideal for remembering information, like the 10 commandments that must be recalled in a particular order. Like all memory systems, the Peg systems improve your memory by creating a filing cabinet in your mind. A "peg" is just a mental hook on which you hang the information. This hook acts as a reminder to help you mentally retrieve information. A common peg system is One Sun, Two Shoe, Three Tree, Four Door, Five Hive, Six Sticks, Seven Heaven, Eight Gate, Nine Line, and Ten Pen. If you can remember those pegs, then you’re ready to associate those with each of the ten commandments.

Wonderful tool. For nine, I used vine=grapevine. "Heard it through the grapevine."

One other layer that people could add is the two great commandments. The first four commandments are wrapped up in "Love the Lord thy God with all you heart, mind, and strength." The last six are wrapped up in "Love thy neighbor as thyself."

I'm glad you know the ten commandments. I don't need any help memorizing them. I know them by heart and in the proper order. I'll be honest with you, and I hate to say it, but I have a hard time following commandment number five, honoring thy father and thy mother. Yes I know, that's bad. I hope one day I can do better, and be able to follow that commandment, and follow Jesus's other laws.

Can think of the children's song, "This Old Man, " sort of. This old man he played two he played nik Nak on my shoe 👞. Four door, five hive, six sticks, seven heaven, and eight gate. Not all is in the song, but a majority.

Your videos are very interesting but honestly I think the Ten Commandments are toxic. Personally I like to believe in an unconditionally loving God and also like Jesus’s messages to love your enemies, help the stranger and help the least of these but aside from all of that I am pretty much anti Christianity and anti religion in general ❤
