3. Make a schedule. - When to be silent.
4. Turn off your gadget.

I can't overcome to control my anger... If someone does a small mistake... I suddenly behave like roar lion.... If I'm doing some mistake... I accept at that moment. But I excuse me to do the same one....people like me only know how the silence is the legal weapon to rule the world.... People who were silence they are really lucky... 🙏🙏🙏

I want to be silent because silence is one of the key things to intelligence, I am trying my best to be my best self because I know nothing is truly the best but I can be my best and I am not really the kind who talks all the time but at the same time I talk a lot sometimes I want to be an introvert I am already trying my best I really think it's working I've been more quiet, focused, mysterious and I have been getting better grades. My cats are my Guru's, my God's at just "being"!! Their purr, the way they sleep whenever they want, the way they languish around the house or on me with such ease, just to be comfortable and as dozey as possible, cats have innate skills in just being !! 🐱 .... But, I really liked, amongst other ideas, was the "quiet area". I'm going to make 1 soon. Thankyou so much
