They don't mention him more here, but that man John showing them around I believe is a Navajo ranger officer who has done presentations on weird paranormal experiences he's had over the years with Skinwalkers, UFOs, shape shifters etc. There are a couple of his presentation videos here on YouTube.

I knew a great Hopi indian elderly man.. he lived near Second Mesa in AZ. in the 1980's, He told me one day he saw "strange lights" glowing in the sky near his home. He couldn't explain them he said there was NO SOUND. Just glowing and definitely was not a plane or helicopter. I never forgot what he told me and this was way BEFORE the Phoenix lights incident which instantly came to my mind.
