My mom passed away earlier this month. The funeral home took charge of the insurance process on my behalf. I had nearly everything you could imagine to confirm this. It has been a little over two weeks, and both myself, and the funeral home have yet to receive anything. I actually was accidentally billed the premiums by both insurance companies. They apologized, and told me to ignore it. They have received the claims, and it was a mistake. So far it's a waiting game to see when this happens. I'm from Illinois, but one company is based in Texas. They said it maybe slower given the insane weather storm they just faced. Anyway great video, if you have any advice for me, I would greatly appreciate it.
