Theres a book about this. It's called " God Man: The Word Made Flesh" I experienced this secretion through meditation and it was the most profound experience Ive ever had and made me more aware than ever before. Nothing of this word can compare to that Golden light that I felt it was pure unconditional love and support.

I did it for the first time last month. I took a 3 day retreat alone, fasted, spent all day in nature or resting. It was no big kundalini rush for me yet; it was subtle. Been sick for past 4 days, I felt (and looked) much better this afternoon, just checked the moon my sun sign and it came into Aries at lunchtime today. I literally feel rejuvenated, and the spark is back in my eyes (they’re blue & can change shade depending how I feel). I’m going to try & meditate to raise the oil! ❤
