Bully Bus Driver or Selfish Car Driver?

Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

The bus driver indicates to pull out, but the instead of letting the bus go, the car driver accelerates forward refusing to let him in.

The bus driver, not having any of this, tries to force his way out, but gives up when he realises the car driver isn't going to give in.

So who's at fault? Personally I think that they are both equally to blame.

Bus driver was asserting himself, car is at fault for not giving way.

Both at fault. Car driver should have done the decent thing and let the bus out; having seen that the car driver was being a knob, bus driver should just have chilled out and moved out after.

I would have let the bus pull out, no question whatsoever. However, by the book there's no legal obligation. I think it basically just shows the car driver has a really poor attitude when behind the wheel (I mean honestly, do they really think they're tat important that letting the bus out would've made a single difference in their life?). What worries me, is this poor attitude I'm sure leads the driver to do much worse things elsewhere on the roads, and that's where it gets dangerous.

Car was in priority and had the right of way..Bus Driver should have held back a little and not try to shoe horn its way

Think its answered by if they collided who's insurance would have had to payout and I say the Bus insurance would have had to cough out.

My sympathy lies with the bus driver. The car driver was an uncooperative and inconsiderate pratt. However, the correct response to driving like that is not to use your vehicle to bully them, no matter how much you think they deserve it.
So, sympathies with the bus driver, but a more mature responce would have been better.

I know that this is too late to be judging but, I am in favour of busses over the car so I will choose the car was at fault. I know from what others have said but I still say the car was wrong.

I think the car driver was jealous of the buses paint work lmao! Nah they were both as stupid as each other them two. Stay safe buddy
