BTV-90F Selfish Volvo Driver blocked my departure at petrol station

After filling up with petrol I went to pay, no longer than 30 seconds, and on my return this Volvo driver had moved his car from behind to in front of my car and started filling up. With a few cars waiting behind mine for the right hand side pump and all other pumps busy, I was blocked in until one of the cars in front moved.

A reasonable and mindful person would wait their turn and enter the pump zone after a car in front (mine) has completed its petrol station business. It took me no longer than 4 minutes but this hipster could not wait so his selfishness has ended up on YouTube!

When the two parked cars on my left drove off he then slipped through driving past two available left hand side pumps so he could fill up from a right hand side pump. I have no trouble filling up from either a left or right hand side pump but this guy looks like he has some unresolved issues.

meh, the petrol station should have at least one way to drive through not blocked by pumps. How did he get around in front of you?
