‘Odd decision’: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Colombia tour raises eyebrows

Daily Mirror Royal Editor Russel Myers has questioned Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to visit Colombia despite Harry previously complaining the United Kingdom was unsafe.

It’s believed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will visit the South American country later this year after reportedly accepting an invitation from Colombia’s Vice President Francia Marquez.

“It's all a bit of a muddle for Prince Harry and Meghan because, on one hand, they're saying that they don't feel comfortable coming to the UK and they're more than happy to go to Nigeria and Colombia,” Mr Myers told Sky News Australia.

“I'm sure they will be afforded lots of security there. But quite an odd decision, I think.”

A visit to Nigeria, a visit to Columbia... what? This sort of blows Harrys case, demanding others pay their security out of the water. He doesn't need it. At all. Let's face it, they are not relevant, and no one cares about them.
