Prince William was "left furious" after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle included a slight in their get-well-soon card to the Princess of Wales, sources have claimed.

The insiders claimed that Harry and Meghan’s decision to call the Princess of Wales "Kate" in the get well soon card following her cancer diagnosis was "an entirely unnecessary and deliberate irritation".
