3 EASY & TASTY SHEET PAN MEALS! | 3 EASY One Pan Dinner Recipes | Healthy Sheet Pan Meals!

Hello sweet friends! I hope you enjoy these 3 quick and easy sheet pan meals. They are family friendly and I hope this video proves it.. much love!

Pork Tenderloin guide:
Cook at 450 for 10-15 min, turn heat down to 350 and cook for 20 minutes per pound until your tenderloin reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees.

Sausage, Broccoli, & Sweet Potato:
Cut everything into bite size pieces and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes, turn heat down to 400 and bake an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
