I loved this! This highlighted all the good things about summer ♥️ I'm so glad you loved What Kitty Did Next. I definitely need to reread it. James Edward Austen Leigh reported in his biography of Jane Austen how The Watson's was supposed to play out according to what she had told her family. It's just a little paragraph but it's often included at the end of printed editions of The Watson's. I would have loved her to finish it since I really enjoyed the fragment!

GASP! You quilt too?! I haven't "met" another booktuber who quilts! huzzah. I actually finished First Impressions. Today though I'd most likely dnf it as well, since there was cussing in it. I liked the libraries, the old books, and the epistles. But I don't think I've read anything else by the author and not in a big hurry to do so. LOL That is so funny. Your blender dances on the counter top! That's some power. What a lovely cross stitch. I hope you'll show it in the future. =)
