A probability of 0 means that an event is impossible.
So if you find that P(E) = 0, that means that E will not occur. As an example, when rolling a six-sided die, the event that we roll a 7 is impossible

can you kindly explain how to calculate 36 ways two dice can roll, is there any formula apart from 6x6=36.

shouldn't you include the possible 3x1 and 1x3? 1-P(sum< or equal to 3) You only included the outcomes that are less than 3 and not equal to 3.

4:45 .. For sum <= 3 you only included (1, 1) for one time, but it actually occurs two times because (1, 1) interchanges as there are two dies . So there are 4 possibilities .. You forgot to add that in this problem, but anyways thanks for the explanation, it's was soo helpful :)
