can you talk about head position? I've seen look straight, just like you're standing, look at the floor 'full-face' or just look at the floor with only a slight bend. What do you recommend?

is it easier to enter a hand stand from a head stand since you already are balanced straight. i like rolling out if i'm falling, tuck the chin to the chest let your body weight go forward lower your body  down on the back of your head as you curve the back for a roll out. and dont ride directly on the spine go to one side  slightly as you roll.
