Some hospitals keep these types of lawsuits quite. They usually settle out of court.

Wouldn’t the camera keep patients safe incase the doctor does something wrong and protect the doctor is the patient goes crazy. This sounds like they are suing for the money and that’s it. This is gross.

I would expect this to happen at a private practice or very small hospital. But, a large hospital like Sharp Grossmont...is absolutely incomprehensible and outrageous. I hope the women win with lawsuit depending on the evidence they gained and the talented lawyers representing them. This sounds like an open and shut case to me. I cannot how the women will lose this class action. This is beyond medical negligence, it sounds like deliberate and outright stalking and sexual misconduct. How is this any different Michael David Barrett using a peephole camera to record Erin Andrews? It’s not different. It might be worse because they have a better camera and a much better angle to record the women and their genitalia. This is very disturbing and I hope they get every penny from this shady hospital.
