I had my son at the age of 43 and he is okay and I'm planning to have the second baby. We African s we have children at any age I am not afraid of anything. The only thing that I advise anyone who wants to have a baby should remove the spirit of fear in you because it is fear that will make you not to achieve your goals, be confidence to yourself and courageous.jenny.

I struggled with infertility for over 10 years. I naturally got pregnant shockingly at 34. I had high blood pressure after 20 weeks and had a c section at 33 weeks cause he was causing me issues. He’s perfectly healthy. But I just found out I’m pregnant again. Naturally again! I’m blown away after all I went through “young”. I’m now 35 and almost 36. I’m nervous but I’m gonna try my best to a healthier me. But I laugh cause now that I’m “old” I’m getting pregnant all easy and stuff. It’s blowing my mind

I am 40. Was pregnant before at age 28 for 14 weeks. I need more SLEEP and should lower my weight. No more sugar or dairy or gluten for me. Zero caffeine, but I hope my 2 glasses of red wine on Friday are ok. Now my diet is about 80 Vegetables. I am going to get pregnant. I believe I will have my baby.

I’m 47 & never been pregnant. Never really had the chance to try until 6mo ago, when I finally met the love of my life! I have basically been told that my chances are as good as a snowball’s chance in hell. Donor egg is my only option. I have a small fibroid & experiencing irregular periods. I’ve been changing my diet & outlook on life with hopes that I can prove these doctors wrong!!

I'm 43 going on 44 in September. I'm trying to conceive naturally, but the RE just says you need to do IVF and your Amh level is low, so donor eggs would be best and you would conceive at 60% vs 8-10%, say what??!!! No, doc, I'm using my own eggs and we're going to make sure they are quality eggs.

Had my babies at 36 and 39, almost 40. Both strong, healthy boys. I did have a shortened cervix with my second, which caused me to need a progesterone supplement. At 34, almost 35 weeks, my water broke and I gave birth the next morning. I don't believe the shortened cervix was due to my advanced maternal age, but more likely due to high stress and being generally less healthy overall. I did have some miscarriages between the births of my sons, but i didn't give up and neither should you! Give your body time to heal and keep visualizing your baby, it will happen! I haven't led the healthiest lifestyle, i partied WAY too much in my younger years and i don't regularly get enough sleep, this, i believe, was the main reason behind my struggle for a healthy pregnancy. However, I absolutely have faith in the reproductive systems of women over 35!

Thanks for this! 35, married 13 years, and we just decided two months ago to have a baby. After 12 years on birth control, I feel so strange discovering my natural cycles. I really wish more doctors would give better info on birth control. I realized only after going off of them and losing 10 pounds in a month, significant decrease in anxiety, better sleep, and no hashimoto flair ups, that they have been awful for my body all these years. Hoping to recover quickly.
