I made your pecan pie for Thanksgiving. My entire family (including my very judgmental teenagers) loved it. When my sister-in-law said it was (almost) as good as hers, THAT was a compliment as she is from the south and a huge pecan pie snob. I waited to tell them it was low carb and sugar free. Thanks guys!

I made the pecan pie (my favorite) with some homemade syrup (butter, heavy cream, and Erythritol) and it is absolutely delicious. Every time I have a slice I'm blown away. It could possibly taste even better than the real thing, and with only around 3 net carbs per slice its unbeatable.

Geez. I can't believe how legitimate those pies are. I'm am so impressed. Not only do they look amazing, you presented the recipes in such an easy way. Thank you so much for posting this.

5:50 Oh my gosh! I had like a emotional panic attack at your background music. It's a cover of the ending song of Sen to Chihiro ( Spirited Away). It's a very emotional piece at a very emotional part of the film. My heart rate jumped to running speed before I figured out what triggered that because there are no drums in the orignal and I thought I was mishearing some old Jazz classic I couldn't recall! Ha! I couldn't focus on your pie filling instructions for the pecan pie, so I had to go back and watch it again! I hope to pass it along to my mother and sister for the holidays so I can enjoy some of the desserts as much as they do. Thanks for the music background.

Keto Pecan Pie! Wow! Just with that one dessert, you guys have officially become my favorite keto recipe channel. I have had great success on the low carb diet (having lost 80 lbs and achieving a normal BMI in 18 months), but in doing so I gave up a lot of my favorite desserts, and the one that I miss the most is pecan pie. Living in Texas, where pecan pie is one of the best known desserts, it is torture to pass by such rich slices of this most scrumptious dessert in restaurants without being able to taste it. Thank you so much for giving me this keto alternative.

Thank you for these recipes! I thought I'd share our no bake "pumpkin pie" pudding, which all of our family members love!
1 package cream cheese
8  oz of sour cream
10 oz heavy whipped cream (or sugar free brand)
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon of almond flavoring
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon of salt (may need more to your taste)
½ to 1 cup of unsweetened pumpkin (depends how strong you like the pumpkin flavor – we use a whole cup)
7 single serving packets of stevia (or favorite sweetener) more if you like sweeter
Optional: 1 teaspoon of molasses or honey (normalizes artificial sweetener after taste)
½ cup of favorite finely chopped nuts (we like walnuts)
Blend all ingredients except nuts until creamy. Fold in nuts. Taste to see if you need more salt.
Refrigerate to firm – about 2 hours. Serve. AMAZING
By the way, you can substitute the pumpkin with any flavoring to vary the pudding options (i.e., dark chocolate, etc...)

If you put a dampened dish towel down on the counter and put your bowl on top it won't slide around as much! Great recipe....thanks so much for all you post, you guys are life savers!

Doubled the recipe and made 2 pumpkin cheesecakes. Wonderful! Even my wife, who doesn’t like cheesecake, loved it and took some for lunch the next day. Now I can have my pumpkin dessert for Thanksgiving Dinner.

Little secret of mine, bake the pecans first in the oven until they are lightly browned. Makes a world of difference in the pie. :-) Everyone used to love my pecan pies and I always left them in the oven longer at a lower temp to sort of roast the pecans. With the flours we use now you can't really do that without it burning so I roast the pecans 1st. I always just roast a bunch and put in ziplock since they're good in ANYTHING roasted like this. lol
Also wanted to tell you guys thank you for all your awesome recipes! Yours IS the best recipes yet I have tried. All so easy to make and yet very yummy! I love the fact that you don't try to make them complicated. You guys rock!!! Good job and thank you again!!!

You guys knocked it out of the park with the pumpkin cheesecake recipe! Knowing we couldn't indulge in the desserts at our Thanksgiving family gathering, I made the pie for my wife and me to enjoy after the Thanksgiving festivities. It was absolutely delicious and worth the wait - the filling, the crust, the perfect blend of sweetness and spices.

I made the pumpkin cheesecake and my sister and I loved it. We both decided to go ketogenic two months ago and so far so good. This was really good. I made it without the crust and I added an extra egg and more cream cheese and it was perfect without the crust. 😍😍 Thank you very much!

Awsome job! The pies look wonderful. I'm going to make these. By the way, thanks for your time and your recipes. I have been cooking for years and when we switched to low car or keto. it was a challenge to find recipes. There are many caring people like you two who have shared their food journey. Thanks again!

Bit of a late response, sorry if this was said already. Pricking the dough/crust to prevent rising or air bubbles is called 'docking' in baking parlance.
