CRUST: 2 c. Almond Flour, 1/2 c. melted butter (if you have unsalted butter, add 1/4 tsp salt), 2 tbsp Pyure stevia blend, 1 tsp vanilla
BAKE at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

CHEESECAKE: 2pk cream cheese, softened, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 eggs, 1/4 c. powdered pyure, 1 tbsp lemon juice.
BEAT the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, until fluffy - add pyure and lemon juice, scrape sides and beat again 1 minute.

PUMPKIN PIE: 1/2 can pumpkin, 2 tbsp pyure, 2 eggs, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 c. heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla.
MIX all pumpkin ingredients together

Let pie crust cool for a few minutes - pour in the cheese cake mixture and then the pumpkin mixture. Swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.

SERVES 12. MACROS: 360 calories, 7.4g total carbs, 32.3g fat, 9.6g protein.
