Breakfast: Chocolate overnight oats
1/2 cup of oats
A tablespoon and a half of chia seeds
A teaspoon of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
A tablespoon of peanut butter
1/2 cup of milk of your choice
A tablespoon of Greek yogurt
About a teaspoon of maple syrup
Lunch: honey siracha ground turkey & broccoli
1 Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil, divided
12 oz Broccoli Florets, cut into bite-size pieces
1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
1/4 C (60g) Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp (42g) Honey
2-3 Tbsp (30-45g) Sriracha, to spice preference
2 Tbsp (30g) Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp (16g) Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ground Ginger
Sesame Seeds and Green Onion, for garnish
Dinner: chicken chipotle bowls
6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3-4 packets cooked white, or brown rice
shredded iceberg lettuce
cooked black beans (your choice)
shredded Monterey Jack, or cheddar cheese (your choice)
homemade or store-bought salsa (your choice)
sour cream (your choice)
homemade or store-bought guacamole or avocados (your choice)
