8 Chicken wings (2.41 lbs)
3 1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp red cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp Accent (I used a small amount but you can add a little more if desired)
5 TBSP Yellow Mustard
Oil for deep frying

Seasoned Flour
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp red cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Accent (I used a small amount you can add a little more if desired)
Salt to taste

I maintained a frying temperature of 325°f- 340°f and cooked my wings for around 10 minutes.

"Until I feel it in my spirit.." ❤ that's the truth right there.. absolutely.. that's how I season, that's how I fry, that's how I cook.. people out here probing the chicken to see if it's the correct internal temp.. baybeh my Grandmama didn't do that, she fried that chicken till she 'felt in her spirit' it was done.. that's how she does it, that's how I do it.. it hasn't failed me yet.. there's something so healing about frying chicken.. thanks for sharing ❤ I'm about to go fry me some chicken right now..

You can use a rack so your chicken doesn’t have to sit on paper towels. The chicken will be much crispier, and it does look delicious. Good job.

Girl...I can't wait to try your fried chicken recipe😍 especially adding mustard😋 I never would have funked it! Have you ever tried using Dijon or Brown Spicy mustard? I love love love mustard I put it on bread & eat it as is... it's like a delicacy to me that's how much I love mustard & thank you for sharing.
