If the enemy bleeds, i use bleeds weapons lol every time …

Ansbach is a 14% increase: 3% body / gloves / legs, 5% head. 3+3+3+5=14%. So yeah Rakshasa can't compare. Personally, I would never wear the (ugly) White Mask to get +10% dmg increase after bleed procs when I could wear Ansbach's helm for a 5% increase at all times. Ofc White Mask is still a bit superior, but in practice you won't have 100% uptime on the White Mask buff so it's at most a 2-3% difference.

BTW you can hit 51 poise with Ansbach set if you replace just the chest piece, leaving you with a 11% damage buff, and 51 poise. For that, the best looking chest piece is probably Banished Knight Armor. The unaltered version.

I've been running the Blood Tax Great Katana to help people beat DLC bosses, and it absolutely shreds. I use Bloodsucking Cracked Tear for an extra 20% dmg across the board, and use the health regen from Blood Tax along with Beastial Vitality (12 faith is all you need) to offset the health drain. With this setup, It's doable even as a cooperator where your flasks get cut in half but the health drain remains high.

I tried Malenia's Great Rune for a couple days, as well as Godskin Swaddling Cloth for a true vampire build, but found the Great Rune's heals to be underwhelming compared to the benefit of Radahn or Morgott's Great Runes, and that the Swaddling Cloth wasn't proccing often enough against DLC bosses to be worth giving up Millicent's Prosthesis. At least for me.

Rivers of Blood is affected by Ansbach set. The obsidian Lumina is more of a pvp weapon that allows heavy punishment on attackers.

Anyone else rush through a playthrough (PC) with a new char for DLC preparation but completely forgot about getting the white mask this time around? Sux you can get locked out of this.

I didn't expect to want to try bleed on this character but there are so many builds that use it.

2 Bloodfiend Fork Occult Seppuku build gives 108 build up for bleeding, it deserves a shoutout too

rakshasa set increases damage to all attacks, meanwhile ansbach only increases weapon skill. its really based on your playstyle
