someone, Anyone who has the ability needs to take this plan. And slice it up into its key components in a way that will allow any person to go online and fact check that specific proposal. If this could be done before the next debate. Then the candidates would have the ability to simply call out a proposal measure and the public can immediately on their phones read it.
