It obviously connected to the genuine apple case.. the fake case didn’t even really connect. The light was still blinking after connection. That’s why the person hid the real case out of camera view so we can’t see that the phone is really connecting to it.

Okay so I know that this doesn’t have anything to do with this particular problem but I felt like I should ask before i give up. The top of my airpods pros case thats close are gone and I cant seem to find put how to work it. I tried charging it which worked and i also tried reset it to see if it will work and it didn’t. What should I do??

I got this and it’s not connecting please help.... it fit and it’s charging perfectly but it’s not connecting to any of my devices not even at android phone. What could be the issue?
