Really helpful! The light was on on my keyboard so I didn't think the batteries were an issue, but when you said to check the light on the "caps lock" button" - bingo! The cap lock button wouldn't light up. It was the batteries.

I was trying to connect it within the keyboard settings it detected it but wouldn't connect then I tried on the bluetooth settings and on the second try it worked. Thank you for the suggestion

I need help I put the switch to off and charged it and I put it on and the cap lock bottom doesn’t turn green

it works for me thank you, it's so strange that you need to actually connected like that, because I even tried to plug the cable and it wouldnt turn on or connected to my computer. It requires Bluetooth pairing for it to work.

Me again! My keyboard went out again. I changed the batteries 3 times and still the cap lock key won't light up. Bluetooth was on but now is off. I've clicked turn on Bluetooth and nothing is happening. Do you think my keyboard is just no good anymore?

You should prepare people if they switch off bluetooth! I just did this and spent 30 mins on my iphone trying to log back in after trying to get anything to work :((((

I paired my keyboard with another computer and panicked because I couldn't get back into my imac. I just plugged the charger cable into the imac and keyboard and bam, connected! I didn't need to go out and buy a cheap keyboard, hopefully this helps someone save some time and money 👍

guys if you have a imac with windows 10 (this worked for me and maybe you) get apple charger and plug it into the back of the key board and it will work bec its connected and then go to Bluetooth and connect your mouse and keyboard and it should connect just (reply to my msg if you need more help bec this worked for me.
