How do you distinguish between past, present, and future? Is there really an order to time? Does it only move forward? Does it move in any direction at all? Stop the clock. Abandon all assumptions. And try to stay calm.

There are some errors in this video: An astronaut doing something in proxima cen is not doing that 4 years in our past. It just takes the light (or image) of what he's doing 4 years to reach us. The maker of the video is confusing the time it takes light to travel with something called "relativity of simultaneity". This has to do with distance, relative speed and direction. I suggest reading about it and understanding what it is. There are some good videos on youtube by Brian Greene explaining relativity of simultaneity. An event happening "right now" can be in sync with our past, present OR with our future depending if the place where the event is taking place is moving towards or away from us. And this relativity of "now" is not the same as the time it takes light to travel.
