I am a huge proponent of feasting.. especially for women. I lost 30 pounds the first month... then nothing after. After 5 months I starting tracking and found that I was extremely low calorie/macros {700-800 cal}. So it's been a couple of months now where I am slowly getting my calories up to 1, 800 calories. I am shooting for around 2200. My hair has stopped shedding and eyelashes are becoming thick again. Emotional health has improved sooo much. I will never go back... even if I don't ever lose a pound.

I was Keto for 5 years then switched to Carnivore 5 months ago and my fat is completely gone and being 68 the little bit of loose skin is tightening up fast, moreso, in the past month. Watching this lady, gives me hope the rest of my skin will tighten up, but more importantly, I feel great, my sleeping is great, and my gym work has improved tremendously.

Just realized, 3 1/2 weeks in, my hot flashes have disappeared. Ha!
I'm 56, have had hot flashes for years.
Probably too early to say if it is permanent, but I am grateful for any relief.

I have done intermittent fasting since I was 15 . I am now 71. I will be trying carnivore very soon. Arthritis is my reason. Thank you beautiful souls. ❤😊

I’m 60 and do keto/carnivore but kind of took a break this year and I’ve never felt more lousy When I don’t fast and eat too many carbs like during thanksgiving

I initially dropped 10lbs really quickly after going carnivore. After 4 or so months I had plateaued, so I started doing OMAD one ribeye a day. I was also going through a divorce. Tried alternate day fasting when that wasn’t working fast enough… felt sick, wired, jittery, exhausted, and had extreme refeeding pain. It was miserable. This past month the divorce is finally being resolved and I’ve been priming without dairy and I’ve never felt better. Best sleep, best workouts, best energy with eating a TON OF MEAT! To anyone out there who’s going through a stressful experience… just eat. Don’t be hard on yourself and deny yourself food. Meat is going to fuel you and support you through your stress! And bonus, I’m actually losing weight now that I’m eating heaps of meat and stress has gone down…

Somehow SBG just has the best carnivore content out there. Truthfully it is becoming a fad bandwagon these days but you can always count on the OGs to keep it real. It's a lot because of you, Bella, that Carnivore diet is what it is today and what it will become in the future. Keep pushing the pen, we love it!! <3

At about a minute and a half, you look so proud, Bella; and you should be proud of all the information that you have imparted to your viewers.
Also, I've been experimenting with your instant pot recipe for party wings chicken broth: I have found that adding a half a stick of butter gives the bone broth a nice buttery flavor.

I am matched to Emily’s age and phase of life and would feel more compatible with her. I just entered menopause. I tried omad, loved the weight loss but stopped to prime after listening to you guys. A little nervous about it, as i am eating so much more it’s scaring me, hehe. I may sign up for some buddy motivation, especially from Emily

Great video. I am 9 days of strict carnivore. I am 65 and definitely feeling better. I have a hard time eating big amounts of meat and eggs . Fats no problem but since starting i am never hungry and i can't force large amounts. I don't use sweeteners or any dairy except raw butter. I have already lost inches and some weight. I just listen to my body but I don't want to under eat . I am doing the 90 day challenge.
