I recently saw a video showing a guy make a pizza on a griddle. He used store bought dough, but looked pretty good. That might something that you can try in the future. Cool top 10 video!!!

Hi Johnny. I don't know if you remember me but I'm the guy who's off to a slow start. Major success, pancakes and bacon on the griddle were fantastic. i should have made more batter. Problem thought with Smash burgers, mine always fall apart. Can't really use the thermometer they're too thin. Is 93/7 ground beef too much.
