How to Make Floor Plans for Free in SketchUp

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to make floor plans in the free version of SketchUp.

I am working on a floor plan of my apartment . I have precise measurements of each room and each wall. However when I insert internal walls the room sizes get affected . stupid question: once I insert internal walls what is the best way to adjust the room size to the original official sizes?
