My tool bars seem to be different, also tagging & assigning tag to particular group is not the same as shown here. I'm using Sketchup 2017 to plan my basement home gym. I really just need the 2d floor layout, and then to add objects that represent gym equipment ( functional trainer, power rack, bench, ) so that I can play around with different positions and orientations to see which configuration will work the best for my space. I only care about interior walls.

Is Sketchup a good application for this use case?
