How about the theory that it’s not just an island in the middle of the ocean! But it used to be a whole continent?? A continent that pre existed thousands of years ago with an advanced civilisation that got demolished by a huge disaster thousands years ago

This video is out of date. "Walking" a moai was successfully done by 2 American scientists, Lipo and Hunt. A 5 ton replica moai was "walked" by some 18 men and the event was recorded on video (the video is easily found on youtube.)

These guys have nothing to do with the original builders. They came to the island long after the fisrt settlers had left it. Their story is fabricated and your post is naive.

I’m more interested in why the statues were built rather than how they were built. What was going on there at the time that they felt the need to build so many of these statues which would take a long time. Very interesting!

Why didn’t you include the recent fire that has damaged many statues?

I like the show, and the content, but the way the words are mispronounced sure makes it seem like AI. Makes it a little unreal.

Overall, still a good job!!
